unique new application. As with any new tool, it
may take a bit of help to understand it and use it
effectively. We

through the CMP Enquiry System. The size and length of
each video is limited to ensure smooth download speed for
all our users.

Answers to your most common support questions

Q. I submitted your form
but have not received your welcome email with the randomised
password.
A. It may take 30 minutes or
longer for our server to send your welcome email with your
login details.
It is also possible that you have not submitted
your correct email address or that our welcome email
was intercepted by your spam filter. Not to worry – simply
check your spam filter and place the email address below in
your email reader’s safe list. If necessary, resubmit a
new user creation form, taking care that you type in your
email address correctly. If this still does not
work, please raise a support
ticket.

Q. I can not update my
personal information in the “My Account” tab.
A. Please note that you have to
provide your existing password to authorise any changes to
your account in the box just above the “Cancel” / “Update”
buttons.
Changes to passwords and email addresses must be repeated in
order for our system to accept it. Do not delete your welcome
email with the randomised password before you have
successfully updated your account record so that you can use
it to authorise your changes.
Q. I cannot log
in.
A. It is likely that you
are using an incorrect login username and/or
password.
Please note both username and password is CaSe
SeNsItIvE.
Login attempts are also limited so you will have to use the
“Resend” function to reset your login details after numerous
failed attempts.
If you are getting an error
message when using the “Resend” function then you are not
using the correct username or email address. Try remembering the email
address if you previously tried the username or your
username if the email address was unsuccessful.
Q. I want a single
currency mortgage in Japanese Yen/ Swiss Franc but your
system does not allow for it.
A. Most lenders have
mortgage products for any of the major world currencies,
including Japanese Yen or Swiss Franc. Your eligibility for the
particular lending product is more important than the
specific currency denomination, but the relevant mortgage
specialist will discuss this with you in further detail at a
later stage.
Q. I want my currency
mortgage in a Limited Company or Special Purpose
Vehicle. Do the
CMP Enquiry system allow for it?
A. Yes. You will however need to
prepare a detailed business plan with the resumes of all
company officials if this business entity do not have at
least three years of audited financial
records.
Such business plan will need to convince the prospective
lender of the bona fide nature of this business entity
and the professional abilities of its officials.
