Currency Mortgage Product
Table
Currency Mortgage
Product availability and their minimum entry criteria will
change from time to time. Many factors influence
this, including world economic climate, lender’s debtor’s
book and promotional offers. In addition, the table
below gives only a general indication of the criteria for
the main mortgage products. The criteria quoted below
are by no means definitive and should only be used as a
guide for your mortgage enquiry
submission.
Note:
Criteria in brackets are only possible under certain
circumstances, normally when mortgagor can provide
additional collateral/ forms of security or with larger
portfolio sizes. Figures quoted may be
substituted for an equivalent amount in a different currency
and is not necessarily an indication of the denomination for
the loan product.

Currency Trading Providers
Conventional
Forex Trading can be seen as an alternative to the Simulated
Currency Mortgage Products. The entry criteria are
considerably lower and are available to virtually anyone,
anywhere in the world. These Forex Trading Accounts
have no bearing on actual mortgage debt so you will need to
manually manage withdrawals to make any mortgage
payments. It
should however only be seen as an introduction to the world of
currency markets and can be used to reduce mortgage debt so
that you may qualify for the conventional Currency Mortgage
Products.
